Also fixes #213 video control panel disappears sometimes after click which was caused by double clicking was canceling. this issue was most commented issue.

b5426ef21b Fix for #296 
new version of chrome gives error when 0.06 speed given.
0.0625.toFixed() gives 0.06 so we should give at least 0.07 to it.

e85dad3280 update audio+video min/max references 
Audio is no longer cutoff [1]. Video limits still in place.

6625e1d8ba Add add-on id to manifest.json 
So that Firefox can use the storage.sync api.
This raises a warning in Chrome:
    "Unrecognized manifest key 'applications'."

884ed10bba Allow users to sync preferences to different profiles 
Keep settings as we transition to storage.sync.
Replace chrome.storage.local with chrome.storage.sync.
