Change external track labeling from ' - S' to ' [S]' format

Browse Source 
- Updated album suffix from ' - S' to ' [S]'
- Updated artist suffix from ' - S' to ' [S]'
- Added song title suffix ' [S]' for external/streaming tracks
- Cleaner bracket format is more visible and consistent
